The CA 163 is a long-throw column array loudspeaker for reverberant rooms such as houses of worship, atriums and lobbies, where controlled directivity preserves speech clarity.
Sixteen 3" drivers in an extruded aluminium enclosure produce tight vertical coverage with 105 Hz to 20 kHz response, 90 dB sensitivity and up to 118 dB maximum SPL, handling 240 W rms continuous pink noise at 6.5 ohms direct. A 70 V / 100 V version is also available.
AVSTEK aims the array's vertical pattern to throw sound to the audience while minimizing energy into reflective surfaces, then commissions intelligibility on site. The 5-year warranty supports a durable, long-life install.
