Yealink RoomPanel Plus is a 10.1-inch meeting room scheduling panel running Android 11, mounted at the door to show availability at a glance and manage workspace bookings.
Powered over a single PoE cable, it shows room status with full-RGB programmable LED bars, supports RFID/NFC check-in, and, paired with a Yealink RoomSensor, detects occupancy via ambient-light and presence sensing to automate room status over Wi-Fi 802.11ac and Bluetooth.
This model reached end-of-life on 31 December 2024. AVSTEK keeps installed panels serviceable and plans a supportable successor so the workspace-scheduling design stays maintainable across the building.
