The Zoom Rooms licence is the per-room software subscription that activates a physical meeting space as a managed Zoom Room. It is the entitlement that pairs with certified hardware so a room can host and join Zoom meetings with one-touch start and calendar integration.
The licence is assigned to the room rather than an individual, and it is administered centrally for provisioning, monitoring and updates. Its value depends on being matched to the right certified devices and a well-designed space.
AVSTEK plans the licence alongside the hardware: we select certified bars, displays and controllers, design the room to AVIXA practice, and apply the Zoom Rooms licence so the space is ready to manage from day one. We support sizing, rollout and ongoing operation in Vietnam.
