  • Fresh or less-experienced candidates are welcome, provided they have a relevant technical background and a strong willingness to learn.

Technical Knowledge & Skills

  • Basic knowledge of AV signals, control systems, networking, or ELV/low-voltage systems.

  • Ability to read and understand technical documents, AV system diagrams, engineering drawings, and device configuration guides.

  • Familiarity with platforms or products from Crestron, Extron, QSC, Biamp, Bose, Poly, or Cisco is an advantage.

  • Knowledge of DSP audio, AV-over-IP, Dante, or signal standards such as HDMI, USB-C, DisplayPort, XLR, RCA, TCP/IP, RS-232, and RS-485 is preferred.

  • Experience with or exposure to platforms/languages such as Extron ControlScript/Python, Crestron SIMPL/SIMPL+, or DSP configuration on Biamp, QSC, or Extron is a plus.

Soft Skills

  • Strong logical thinking, troubleshooting ability, and attention to detail.

  • Good communication and teamwork skills when working with internal teams and customers.

  • Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to adapt to new technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Manufacturer certifications or hands-on experience in control system and DSP deployment.

  • Experience in commissioning, on-site troubleshooting, or after-sales technical support for meeting room systems.

  • A strong interest in professional AV and a desire to develop a long-term career in system integration and commissioning.

Benefits

  • Structured training in AV systems, DSP, control systems, and real-world implementation processes.

  • Opportunities to work with leading professional AV brands.
