About AVSTEK

AVSTEK is a distributor of Audio-Visual (AV) solutions for meeting rooms, conference rooms, and smart control environments, representing brands such as Neat, AI Speech, Lumens, Extron, and others.

We are currently looking for a Channel Sales Executive to develop and grow our B2B distribution network. This position is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with little to no experience who are interested in building a career in B2B sales. Full training will be provided.

With an existing customer and partner base already in place, you will focus on developing relationships, driving sales, and expanding project opportunities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Marketing team to develop customer outreach content and identify customer insights.

  • Follow up and nurture leads generated by the Marketing team, provide consultation, and convert them into sales opportunities.

  • Develop and expand the network of dealers and system integrators (SI) using internal data and other appropriate sources.

  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers and partners to ensure continuous engagement and revenue growth.

  • Track and manage the sales pipeline, from initial approach and quotation to contract closing.

  • Prepare quotations, coordinate order processing, and follow up on receivables in accordance with company procedures.

  • Coordinate with the Marketing team to organize product demos and support content preparation and guest invitations when required.

  • Work with Marketing to plan and execute events promoting products and solutions to business partners and customers.

  • Support project registration processes with vendors or partners when required.

  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports for the Business Development Manager, including market updates, customer feedback, sales opportunities, and recommended actions.


Candidate Requirements

  • Female candidates are preferred. Fresh graduates and candidates with no prior experience are encouraged to apply.

  • Passion for sales and business development, with a strong drive to achieve targets.

  • Hardworking, responsible, and willing to put in consistent effort.

  • Persistent, resilient, and not discouraged by rejection.

  • Strong willingness to learn and proactively absorb new product and solution knowledge.

  • Good communication and relationship-building skills when working with customers and partners.

  • A solution-oriented mindset. Interest in technology products or AV/IT solutions is an advantage, but not required, as training will be provided.


Training & Support

  • Comprehensive training on products, market landscape, competitors, and consultative selling approaches.

  • Practical coaching on calling, consulting, preparing quotations, and closing deals through real business cases.

  • Opportunity to gain basic marketing knowledge to support events, product demos, and opportunity conversion.

  • Direct guidance from the Business Development Manager and Team Lead, with ready-to-use materials and established processes.

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
