AVCiT Codec Series
AVCiT DSII Codec Node is the flexible building block of a compact AVCiT system — for smaller control rooms, training rooms and small NOCs where one device type should serve as either an encoder or a decoder.
A single node is configured as encoder or decoder, carrying video plus RS232/485 and IR over a 1 Gigabit network. It handles FHD via H.264 and UHD via H.265 at a configurable 4-20 Mbps with low latency, and works within the AVCiT video wall controller and KVM-over-IP system.
AVSTEK plans how many nodes act as sources versus displays and how they segment on the network, keeping the build coherent and easy to expand one node at a time.
