BZBGear BG-4KBHS is a bi-directional 12G-SDI/HDMI converter for broadcast, live production and Pro AV that bridge modern HDMI sources and SDI infrastructure. A mode switch flips it between HDMI-to-SDI and SDI-to-HDMI.
HDMI supports up to 4K2K@60Hz and 12G-SDI supports 4K2K@50/59.94/60Hz, with SDI bandwidth up to 11.88Gbps and HDMI up to 18Gbps. It auto-detects and switches between 12G, 6G, 3G and HD-SDI, performs lossless digital conversion, and embeds or extracts up to 8 channels of audio including 7.1 and 5.1. SDI cable equalisation reaches 70m at 12G-SDI, 100m at 6G, 190m at 3G and 300m at HD-SDI.
