The Sennheiser Tourguide 2020-D is a wireless tour guide and interpretation system for guided tours, factory walk-throughs, training and multi-language events where a guide speaks to a moving group.
It operates on a license-free ISM band — 863–865 MHz (926–928 MHz in the US) using 2-FSK — and pairs a transmitter carried by the guide with receiver packs for participants. It offers 6 channels in tourguide mode and 8 channels in conference mode, with a 100–7000 Hz audio band and SNR greater than 70 dBA for clear speech in noisy surroundings.
