The Extron DTP2 R 212 is a DTP2 receiver that recovers a long-distance HDMI signal at the display end, with audio de-embedding for rooms where the local sound system needs a separate analog feed.
It accepts HDMI, audio, Ethernet, RS-232 and bidirectional IR over a single shielded CAT6A run up to 100 m / 330 ft, supports 4K/60 4:4:4 to HDMI 2.0b and HDCP 2.3 at 18 Gbps, and breaks out balanced/unbalanced analog stereo for amplifiers or DSP. EDID Minder and Key Minder keep the link negotiating cleanly.
AVSTEK pairs it with a matching DTP2 transmitter, confirms CAT6A type and length, and routes the de-embedded audio into the room's DSP and control so video and sound stay synchronized. The half-rack 1U metal unit mounts in a rack or under the table.
