2. Purpose of the Website

The website is used to introduce AVSTEK, its fields of activity, professional audiovisual solutions, products, partner brands, projects, news, events, recruitment opportunities, and contact information.

The website is not currently an e-commerce platform that allows users to place orders or make payments online. Submitting a contact form, a consultation request, or a quotation request does not automatically create a sales contract, a services contract, or any transactional obligation between you and AVSTEK.

Any quotation, scope of work, schedule, payment terms, warranty, and other commercial commitments are established according to terms the parties agree upon and validly confirm, through a quotation, purchase order, contract, or other appropriate transaction document, executed by an authorized representative of each party.

3. Right to Access and Use the Website

You may access and use the website for lawful purposes, to obtain information, or to contact AVSTEK. When using the website, you must not:

Price, validity period, taxes, shipping costs, implementation, warranty, and other conditions will be set out in a separate quotation or contract.

6. Events and Subscribing to Information

Event information may be updated with respect to time, location, content, speakers, or number of attendees. AVSTEK will try to notify important changes through appropriate channels but does not guarantee that every notice will reach every registrant, due to factors beyond its control.

Subscribing to newsletters or marketing information is voluntary. You may ask to stop receiving them, following the instructions in the Privacy Policy or in each message.

7. Recruitment

Recruitment information on the website is intended only to introduce career opportunities available at the time of posting. AVSTEK may adjust, suspend, or end a recruitment drive without separately notifying each candidate.

Submitting an application does not guarantee that a candidate will be interviewed or hired. All hiring decisions depend on the evaluation process, staffing needs, and official confirmation by AVSTEK.
