The Extron IN1604 is a four-input scaling presentation switcher for meeting rooms and classrooms that still mix modern HDMI laptops with legacy analog sources on one display.
It combines three HDMI inputs with one universal analog input, scales selectable output rates from 640x480 up to 1920x1200 including 1080p/60 and 2K, applies 30-bit processing with motion-adaptive deinterlacing, and adds auto-switching, EDID Minder, Key Minder and SpeedSwitch with FILL and FOLLOW aspect-ratio control. A DTP model output extends signals up to 100 m (330 ft) over CATx.
AVSTEK selects the HD or DTP model for the room, configures scaling and switching priority, and applies AVIXA presentation practice so mixed sources reach the display cleanly.
