IN1808
The Extron IN1808 is a high-performance presentation switcher designed for modern AV systems that require processing multiple 4K signal sources and seamless switching. With 8 inputs (HDMI, DisplayPort, DTP2), the device allows for flexible connection of various sources such as laptops, PCs, media players, or expanded AV systems.
A key feature of the IN1808 is its Vector™ 4K seamless scaling technology, which enables switching between signal sources without any interruption to the image – a crucial factor in high-end conference rooms, lecture halls, or control centers. In addition, with DTP2 extension, the device can transmit AV, audio, and control signals over CATx cables up to 100 meters, optimizing infrastructure and reducing cabling costs.
The device also integrates advanced audio DSP (ProDSP) and offers optional amplifier and control processor capabilities, allowing for the integration of the entire AV system into a single device. This reduces system complexity and increases operational stability.
