The Extron MLC Plus 50 is a wall-mounted room controller for huddle rooms and classrooms that need simple, reliable display and source control without a touchpanel.
It offers Gigabit Ethernet (10/100/1000Base-T), one bidirectional RS-232 port, one IR port (TTL, to 300 kHz), one digital input and one normally-open relay — enough to switch a projector or display, trigger a screen and read a sensor. With 256 MB flash, it runs Global Configurator projects and works with Extron Control for Web and iPad. It fits most 2-gang US boxes with a minimum 2.4-inch (6.1 cm) mounting depth.
AVSTEK writes and tests the control program, confirms the back-box depth on site, and integrates it with the AV chain so the room comes up with one button. It runs on 12 VDC at up to 12 W.
