The VIS-DMD-T is a multimedia conferencing device based on VISSONIC AUDIOLINK's multimedia IP network technology. It features a 5-inch IPS touchscreen, enhancing the flexibility of the conference and the interactivity of meeting content. This device can be configured to function as a chairperson's unit, a delegate unit, a VIP unit, or a dual-user device, depending on the specific requirements of the conference. To meet the diverse needs of meetings, the software can be upgraded to add additional functionalities without requiring changes to the device or hardware. Currently, the software module includes four functions:
* Voting
* NFC card recognition
* Simultaneous interpretation channel
* Dual-user mode
As a chairperson's unit, you can use the touchscreen on the VIS-DMD-T to manage various aspects of the meeting. It allows you to start, pause, and resume the meeting, view the list of participants who wish to speak, approve requests, view information about the speaker and their speaking time, and even record the meeting. It also allows for easy initiation and termination of voting.
As a delegate unit, you can view the agenda and the remaining time for speaking. You can also see who is currently speaking and your position in the list of participants who wish to speak.

The conference controller can output a 16-segment EQ equalizer to adjust the sound; pressure limiting, which can recognize sound thresholds generated by human speech; automatic gain control (AGC); automatic feedback cancellation (AFC) and automatic mixing technology.
The integrated 5-inch capacitive touchscreen and NFC card reader can quickly identify participants.
