Televic Plixus AE-R is a 19-inch rack-mountable audio engine with recording that provides the processing and signal handling for the Plixus network.

It offers four conference ports, with a single CAT5e cable interconnecting delegate units in daisy-chain or in a closed loop for redundancy using Televic's Dual Branch technology. An internal 8 GB capacity records the floor and additional language channels, an optional card adds Dante networking, and a front-panel volume dial and record button give direct local control.

Because configuration, management and recording all run from the built-in web interface with no PC required during meetings, the AE-R suits permanent installs that combine wired and wireless conferencing.
